Job Purpose:
Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
Handling daily shipping process.
Duties:
* Answering tech support/service phone calls for customer inquiries by studying
products, services, and customer service processes.
* Order intake, order process, utilizing Quickbooks Enterprise system.
* Handling shipping labels, shipping documents
* Troubleshooting technical issue over the phone.
* Provide technical specification to customers.
* Assist Sales team on gathering technical info.
* Achieve highest customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints.
* Assist customer with resolving technical issue on products.
Skills/Qualifications:
*Product Knowledge of power mobility, Informing Others, Detailing Data Entry
